ABOUT OUR COTTAGE FOOD HOME BUSINESS

My small business was birthed out of my love for homemaking and serving my family in the best way I can. One of my most favorite things to do for them is make them homemade and healthy food that they absolutely enjoy. Bread has always been one of our guilty pleasures, but not anymore since I discovered Sourdough! Our whole family absolutely fell in love with it and so I decided to offer it to all of you! I want you all in Northwest Ohio to be able to have access to gut-healthy, preservative-free, high quality and truly delicious loaves of bread!

HOW DO I STORE A WHOLE LOAF?

For WHOLE loaves that you want to eat at a later point, wrap in cling wrap, store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY WHOLE FROZEN LOAF?

Thaw on the counter without taking out of the bag for 1-2hrs. Preheat the oven to 400°. Once oven is preheated, unwrap the loaf and put it directly on the middle rack of the oven for 10-15min. 

HOW DO I STORE SLICED LOAF?

Put in an AIRTIGHT container or ziplock bag for up to 3 days. If at the end of day 3 and you still have some leftovers, freeze the remaining slices then thaw or toast later.

YES! Unless stated otherwise!
